Direct Sourcing
Purchasing Crops from Local Farmers
We work closely with farmers across Anuradhapura, Dambulla, Halawatha, Wellawaya, Mattala, and Kurunegala. By purchasing crops directly, we maintain quality standards while ensuring fair market prices for growers — strengthening our supply chain and supporting rural livelihoods.

Leased Cultivation
Profit Sharing (Ada Govithana)
Under our leased cultivation model, the company cultivates Apple Guava across strategically selected agricultural regions. Harvest profits are fairly shared between the company and landowners. Landowners retain full ownership of their land while benefiting from sustainable income.

Managed Plots
Ownership with Professional Farming
We offer 10-perch agricultural land plots for purchase, supported by professional cultivation management. Contributors enter 1–5 year agreements during which all farming is managed by the company. Contributors receive monthly income from harvest sales.
